Hi Folks, I'm helping George with trip logistics for the sail at Huntington Lake (https://ohv.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=23066) next week.
Campground - For anyone still interested, he reserved a group campsite starting Tuesday (August 26) at Rancheria Campground (https://www.fs.usda.gov/r05/sierra/recreation/rancheria-campground) and still has room for 2-3 more people. I believe check out is Labor Day (Monday Sep 1).
Boat slips - China Peak Landing (https://www.chinapeaklanding.com) had none available last I checked but: (a) who knows, maybe they'll get a cancellation (b) there are other places to dock (c) some folks are anchoring out without slips...
Let George or me know if you want more info or wish to claim some space at his campsite.
