Looking for solutions to remove the mildew stains from C Cushions. I've tried Dawn, laundry detergent, Krud Kutter, and alcohol. (separately)

Wolverine, what generally worked best for me, was a two-step process:
1) Wet the cushions thoroughly and then generously spray Tilex on them.

Wait a few moments, then brush briskly with a scrub brush.
Rinse thoroughly and let dry.
2) For the remaining mildew staining, spray a generous mix of 50-50 white vinegar and water, on the cushions and let sit for at least 30 minutes. Scrub with a brush and rinse with water until clean, and let sun-dry. (Nothing is better for beating on mildew, than the Sun's UV rays.)

Hope this helps,

Thanks Charles, I'll give that a try tomorrow.
Amazing how much "necessary equipment" we store aboard isn't it?
If that doesn't work, try Concrobium.
RMR-86 is the best I've ever used for stain removal. However, if the surface is porous enough for the roots to be deep you know it will be back unless you use Tim Gardner's magic formula which is a mixture of an algaecide and a strong hydrogen peroxide.
Frank, funny you should mention Tim. Met with him last summer and he gave me pellets for mold remediation. I used them for cleaning the interiors of my boats and the last of it cleaning out the water tanks and lines in the Orion. Not sure what it was, but I needed to wear a respirator while using it. I've been busy with the Orion abd haven't tried any if the suggestions yet, but I will post the results when I do.

My wife and family have a beach house in Mexico Beach FL. After Hurricane Michael in 2018, after we had all the drywall removed from the kitchen, bathrooms, and ceilings in the whole house, we were left with the walls that were sealed t1-11 siding that we wanted to retain if possible. I contacted Tim and he gave me a formula to use in a fogger to kill the mold in that very porous material. I fogged the whole house, a room at a time and it worked great. And for sure it required a respirator, gloves, and eye protection to rotate the fogger as necessary. Very grateful to have Tim as a resource for that project.
