Title: Dimming trailer lights.
Post by: noelH on Jun 15, 2023, 05:47 PM
Noticed a bubbling from the starboard side trailer light.  Not sure when it first occurred. Now the  when brakes applied the light is significantly dimmer, flasher on similar dim, and almost no illumination during the daytime when the headlights are set to on.  Assuming water damage?  Or could it just be a poor connection on that side?

Only trailer Vela one round trip from home to the marina per season.  Will tear apart the light at the end of the season.  Not sure if the taillight case is water tight or the connections are water tight.  Either way will apply a coating of CorrisonX in the rebuild. It has protected electronics and batteries in UAS that I have unintentionally landed in water.

Will do.  Might be an easy fix.
