Well , I'm thinking those old Buicks and Caddy's use to pull all sorts of trailers back in the 50's . Usually with a hitch clamped on to the bumper  :o  :o  :o  :o  :o . Not getting very good mileage either ...

I had forgotten those clamp on hitches. Between that and pitiful drum brakes towing an Airstream in hilly country would have the thrills of the Dakar Rallye.
