Later this summer, I will be parting out 2008 P21 Starlight, damaged in a fire last month. A partial list of parts can be viewed at:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tpW361mBRf_mfD6ALARO77J5nFqWr2J5/view?usp=drive_link

You will see that I have entered my parts into the parts table from Precision Boat Works, so you get an idea of the relative value. In general, I'm charging 25% of the new cost. But . . . I'll add shipping, which will vary widely. Large and heavy parts like the spars will probably be of interest only to boaters in Oregon/Washington/N. California who can pick up the parts.

If someone wants to acquire the whole package, message me with an offer. The boat is on its factory custom galvanized trailer ready to roll with new lights and recent tires. I'll sell the trailer once the boat is cut up. If you need a trailer now, message me. The boatyard can lift the boat onto stands if necessary.

A Honda BF5 motor, undamaged, will also go on sale if we do not need it on whatever boat replaces Starlight.
Probably more to come as I get into the boat and find everything that might be of use.

Thanks to the many folks who asked to purchase parts from the P21 Starlight. I will start taking the boat apart Wednesday 6/11. Please message me with your addresses so that I can estimate shipping.

Here is my work list and the approximate order in which parts will be available. I am starting with parts that already have buyers:
1.   Remove mast (buyer waiting at same boatyard).
2.   Check with sailmaker (has the sails) to get cost of repair, if possible.
3.   Remove cushions for cleaning.
4.   Remove hatch boards for cleaning.
5.   Remove top hatch slides, vang, and cooler/step.
6.   Remove forward hatch for cleaning.

I think this is everything people have requested except the centerboard. Let me know if I have left anyone out. Next, probably on Saturday 6/14-Sunday 6/15, I will take out everything I can:
1.   Undamaged electricals and instruments (compass, depth sounder, panel, VHF cable).
2.   Remaining ports
3.   Undamaged teak (bulkheads, trim, table, forward locker cover, bolsters).
4.   Everything on the deck: stanchions, blocks, cleats, winches, chain plates, tracks, remaining hatches, motor mount.

At that point, I will see if the boat is light enough to jack up and drop the centerboard without calling for a crane. Let me know if the board is needed immediately. If I cannot remove the board, I may have to increase the price to cover the cost of crane service. If all else fails, I will chop open the cabin floor and winch the 80lb board out through the roof.

Feel free to message me for updates.
