Downsizing soon, so biting the bullet. Took me days to work up to actually posting this, hard to let go.

Downsizing to....a smaller house and less yard! But when we do that, I will lose access to our neighborhood marina, and so.....Sailing will be done on the square-riggers (so, kinda upsizing there!). And yes, priced to sell, special Trailer Sailor pricing!

Ah, gotcha. Yes, sometimes circumstances do dictate ...

When I find myself no longer owning a boat it will probably be for similar reasons. My wife has already started talking about moving back into a townhouse and one of the few things keeping me from jumping on board with that idea is wanting to have a boat and a place to work on it.

Will miss your presence here Richard !

Kind of you sir! I will still drop in just to scratch that itch. And judging by the lack of response to my ads thus far, perhaps for longer than I thought! I am really dragging my feet as I love where we live, not only for the marina, but the tidal wetlands and wildlife that surround us.

Hi Richard... just joined this group and I'm looking for a Precision 18. Since you posted your boat for sale four months ago, I'm guessing it sold, but I wanted to check in and see. Thanks... all the best!

RichardS

Yes, my boat is sold, and I took the ad down a while back. But I see this thread remains...Sorry for the confusion and good luck finding your P18. Patience and a little luck will get you there!
