The temps here, along with water levels, have been up & down the past couple weeks. I've been completing small projects on both boats. Some of them requiring flushing systems. Last week the temps dropped into the mid 20s so I rushed and winterized the boats. This week it's in the 60s and only dropping into the high 50s at night. Too busy with other chores to work on the boats this week, which means the temps will drop again as I'm rerouting plumbing lines next week.  ::)

I too have been working on a boat and the rain and cold weather have been interfering with doing epoxy work and varnishing. However, I did manage to get two coats of varnish on the 18 boards I prepped over a week ago this Saturday. The boards are now ready to be used for a sleeping platform for two. I hope to have my wife Carol join me on the Scamp to visit some of the coastal places I like to sea kayak too. I also have added a battery with USB-A, USB_C, a DC car lighter outlet, voltage meter, and an AC inverter to the boat. I am now considering adding a solar panel to the Scamp instead of my Potter 19. Hoping for a warm spell and plan on overnighting again on the boat. A lot of stuff other than weather has been interfering with my fly-fishing, sailing, and camping plans, but I have been able to make the club sailing races most Saturdays.
