Advice about track (.gpx) file reader / route creation software for Apple/Mac?

Morning,

Anybody have a recommendation for viewing track files (.gpx)? How about creating route files in advance, with waypoints? Maybe it's the same software? I'd need something for the apple/ios ecosystem. There are oodles of choices, hoping for a nudge one way or another.

I have my first track file to peek at, thanks to Sharon and David, who drove across the Sierra last week with a MAPTATTOO that I bought secondhand off the Incomparable Guy Light. I opened the box while put-putting (pot-pottering?) out of Marina Bay harbor on Saturday, powered it up and--voila--it showed Heading (often a high number) and Speed (always a sadly low number). Each time it powers up, it generates a track file (.gpx). How to view?

Thanks,

My Chromebook easily converted the data files to tracks on Google Maps and NOAA charts using GPS Visualizer (recommended in the MAPTATTOO User Guide), which can also generate courses with waypoints. These routing files can be downloaded and accessed on the MAPTATTOO chartplotter by selecting the "ROUTE" button, which will show the last one that was used. If you subscribe to OpenCPN, you can use that, but I'm also experimenting with free on-line tools like gpx.studio. There are YouTube videos on how to use it and GPS Visualizer,

If none of that works, send an email to Erwan at Maptattoo. He'll respond, and welcomes feedback.
