Yes - Happy Fathers day to all the Dads. Not going out today - just too crazy at the ramp but plan on getting out tomorrow, forecast seems perfect. Since I'm retired I have the option of avoiding weekends and holidays. Been on long lines at the ramp, incompetent and inconsiderate boaters, been yelled at, witnessed some big accidents, dealt with intoxicated idiots. I have no problems with new or inexperienced boaters who are slow at the ramp; I'll offer to grab a dock line or assist. But Fathers day, Fourth of July and Labor day tend to be a "Mad House".
