North Flathead YC was built on the site of a former lumber operation. There are pilings left over from that infrastructure. Maybe 100 years old.

The lake sits in a large flat valley. The lake doesn't look big, it just is. 6 by 28 miles.

This is our 1988 team, reunited. Kurt and I sailing together in 2023. Rachel sailing with husband Seve and daughter Erin. Steve was here in 88, but they were just dating then. Erin hadn't been thought of.
