Selling DUE SOUTH, my Eastport Pram built by Charlie Jones for Tom Parent something like 18 years ago.  It has the CLC SAIL rig, two rowing positions, and a single pair of oars optimized for sculling.  Additions include padded gunwales, access ports in bow and stern seats, well-reinforced bow towing eye, a preventer to keep rudder from popping off gudgeons in shallow water, and a clever rubber plug to keep water from flowing up through the dagger board case while towing.  It also comes with a rack for a pickup bed that supports the dinghy either right-side-up or inverted.  Fits inside 8' pickup box.
