Mast Crutch/Raising System-Beneteau First 235

Greetings, I recently purchased a 1990 Beneteau First 235 on a trailer, here in Florida. I am trying to build a mast crutch(bow, stern)/raising system. Do any of you trailer sailors have a good mast crutch(bow, stern)/raising system you could share? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

My boat already had a gin pole but I built a modified version of his mast crutch for the stern.
