It's nice that the Precisions don't draw much water. However, it's important to note that at low tide, there's not much water to draw. (Photo: P21 sunning itself on the beach, Hope Island, WA.)

On the North shore of Long Island we have tides that can range to over 8 feet. Beaches, mussel and oyster beds, sand bars, just disappear at flood tide. I've been stuck grounded a couple of times, fortunately on the flood tide and in sand. Only once was I too late on the ebb tide to have sufficient depth at the ramp. Spent a few hours fishing while I waited for the tide to turn.
