Rescued this reasonably good deal from Oakley, CA as noted by Drivejunk on the forum entry below. Towed it to SSC about 40 miles without incident, other than a very long construction delay on highway 4. Seeking info about "LilQuark" and specifically the missing rudder and tiller assembly. If you know the boat or previous owner or can give me some insight where the rudder might be or know of a replacement rudder for sale, please share your knowledge. I may document my rescue of this pretty well kept though recently neglected specimen of the HMS strain. I am thinking to ready it for the WA 360 and the Salish 200 in June and July. Thanks for any help or direction you can give.

Congrats on the new boat. You could post a "rudder wanted" ad on the Potter Yachter website and you might land a reasonably-priced used one. Our club is also a great source of information from skippers who have sailed their boats for decades. In fact, we have a "tune up" sail scheduled for Sat, Feb. 8 at Marina Bay in Richmond. Bring your boat by, or drop over without it, to meet some club members and ask your P-15 related questions. Once you've got your boat sorted, we'd love to have you attend our sailing events. The 2025 calendar has numerous planned outings suitable for your boat. Bud, who posts on this forum, is our P-15 specialist and would be happy to help you with anything. Again, congrats on your new boat. George
