Anyone overnighting or camp cruising on a Sanderling?

I just got an 18' Marshall Sanderling, and hope to do a little overighting on it.  Mine is pretty bare (ok, REALLY bare) and I'm curious how others set theirs up.  Basic stuff like where do you put a battery, store minimal cooking supplies, anchor & rode, etc.  Also anyong do a boom tarp/tent?  I'd love some ideas on that.
