Howdy all!

I'm in the process of repainting my 1968 WWP14 and I'm trying to bring it back to how it would have originally been painted. I don't hate how the previous owner painted this, but I'd rather go back to all white with the exception of the stripe just below the deck on the upper side of the hull (see photo below). I'm wondering if anyone might have any useful measurements on how/where to apply this stripe. For example, if someone could tell me  the measurement for the height of the stripe at the bow, stern, and a reference point or two along the hull it would allow me to map out the rough outline.

The next time I am at the P14 I will take some measurements.

Here are some measurements. They were all taken from the bottom of the teak rub rail.

Bow                           16"

Three feet back from the bow  6 1/2"

Where shroud connects         4"

Stern                         1 1/2"

I hope this helps.

Far from perfect, but good enough for my needs. Thanks again Bud!

Just waiting on a few trailer parts so I can get it back on the trailer, then I'll tackle the cabin and cockpit. Hoping to have it ready to sail in 2 weeks...optimistic but still.
