We are here in Monterey. Parking is "interesting." It looks worse than it is since they are still working on the lot. If you come in from Figueroa  (the usual entrance), you can't turn in at the usual place. You have to go to the London Pub and turn left there into the lot.
The ramp hasn't changed except that it has been occupied by several large sea lions bulls. They weren't really an issue. There are straight spaces and angled spaces. Our rig is pretty long, but it fit into an angled space fine.
You can no longer pay the harbormaster for parking. There are several ways to pay. I downloaded the ParkMobile app onto my phone. You can also text or pay at the stations. You have to pay each day before 9am (Why the app makes sense). That's when enforcement begins.
