 I mean the article!!!!!!!!! I'd like to read a little more on that one. Maybe without the technical terms for my feeble mind to comprehend. What that means is HARP is storing electricity in the CLOUDS???

I also saw the diagram and read about it. I have often wondered about those long continuous rumbling thunderclaps.
It was a "striking" illustration of the power of lightening. Yes, the pun was intended.
