Picked up a sunfish for $150. It even came with a launch "trailer". Powerwashed it, set it up, then stored it for the winter. Sorry, didn't think to take a pic. I have several neighbors that sail them on the creek so now I can join the club.

Congrats, they are a hoot to sail. The hulls are not very thick so one needs to be a little careful.
Big dreams, small boats...

Cool! I've never sailed one. Bet it's fun!

Several top Thistle sailors also race Sunfish. Serious International fleet with plenty of talent. I haven't sailed one since 1973. Looks like some fun!

Several of the members have blogs with good repair tips.

Here is the livery on my 'race' boat, done after an extensive repair to the deck and bow handle mounting block. I am practicing a bit before I attempt to pinstripe the flames...Picture is a year old but the season for falling leaves is upon us again.
