I guess 3 of 4 tires is all the person needs .
Watched the YTube highlights of a recent F1 race. One car lost a front tire. Bare wheel. Made it back into the pit without any issue. I guess 3 of 4 tires is all the person needed .

Tire is reflective of the condition of the trailer. Did have a new trailer winch. Didn't look to see if there was a trailer license plate.  If not, probably just a storage cradle and launch platform. Otherwise stay way clear if following this trailer on the highway and hope not to be the opposite lane.

At the marina, a guy with a flat tire just backed that tire onto a small log, used the chain of his rode to chain the axle to the frame, and drove slowly to a tire place for a solution.

He removed the wheel for the trip so it could not hit the pavement, and since the problem was a slow leak, patched and re inflated.  The garage jacked the axle to remove the chain.
